Thyron operates an RMA tracking service to ensure that terminals are tracked throughout the repair / refurbishment process.

Thyron recommends that your customers register their terminals using the link below. This will ensure that you benefit from the minimum of 12 month manufacturers warranty.

	Repair – This includes warranty, extended warranty and out of warranty services, with a number of response times depending on a partner/reseller's specific requirements.
	Swap out service – Thyron can provide a RTF (return to factory swap out service) again based on partner/reseller requirements.
	Refurbishment services – Thyron provides a full refurbishment service on used and out of warranty terminals. Depending on the level of refurbishment needed this can be an attractive option rather than the purchase of a new terminal.
