At a very important stage of their expansion and to maximise the Global potential for their new products Thyron Systems is pleased to announce the appointment of NIGEL CULLUM as Head of Sales and Marketing.

Nigel is well known in the card payments and smart card marketplace and certainly is no stranger to Thyron’s products and clientele having worked previously with them from 1997-1999 in a Business Development role.
With over 25 years of International experience in a wide diversity of Geographic and Vertical markets delivering solutions in smart card, hardware and software to the Security and Payments sectors, Nigel will help develop and deliver key areas of Market and Product Sales strategy to ensure Thyron maintain a leading position in delivering “Mobile Transaction Solutions”.
Cullum states “I took the decision to rejoin Thyron after careful consideration of a number of Market metrics in some key vertical sectors where there are now tremendous opportunities for our new products. Chip and PIN and its impacts on the Retail Hospitality sector, the phenomenal growth in the adoption of contactless ticketing in the Transport arena and an ever increasing demand for cost effective, reliable mobile card payments, will ensure an unprecedented demand for the new range of products”.
