Thyron’s terminal solutions are fully developed, manufactured, and maintained by our in-house experts, the benefit to our customers being that the knowledge and expertise to resolve any problem is under one roof.

We value and recognise the importance of your business and understand that speed and reliability of support are key to customer satisfaction.

We offer a range of support packages to suit the differing requirements of our customers. Our UK based in-house team of experts are on hand to swiftly diagnose and rectify any operational issue 364 days of the year, with the back up of repair and replacement services available when required.

We can also discuss tailor made support solutions for our partners and resellers to create a support environment appropriate for the needs of their customers.

Our Support Packages:

Premium

Peace of mind, ensuring your business is not disrupted where card payments are business critical.
Terminal is covered for remote technical support and remote software updates.
In the event we are unable to rectify the fault experienced, a pre-configured replacement terminal will be delivered next business day via a courier service*.

Standard

Terminal is covered for remote technical support and remote software updates.
If the terminal develops a fault, our Return to Manufacturer Authorisation (RMA) process** will ensure your terminal is repaired and returned.
